Fourteen scored competencies, moderated nationally
Each category is scored on a defined five-point scale with written descriptors, so a score means the same thing regardless of which assessor recorded it. Categories with the greatest collision potential carry more weight in the overall classification.

From first conversation to evidenced improvement
A repeatable five-stage cycle. Stages one to four typically complete within three weeks of a driver being scheduled; stage five is where measured risk reduction is delivered.
