Foresight means anticipating what lies ahead. We provide outsourced driver-risk management for organisations whose employees drive for work: the driver assessments, the risk records, the management reporting and the targeted development that would otherwise need to be managed in-house.
Why the name matters
Driving is one of the highest-risk activities many employees undertake at work, yet it usually happens away from any supervision. Managers rarely see how their people actually drive — they see the outcome, after something has gone wrong.
Our mission is to help organisations reduce road risk through professional assessment, honest reporting and targeted driver development.
That means going out with drivers in the vehicles they actually use, on the roads they actually cover, applying the same assessment criteria every time, and giving management something written that they can act on. No scores invented after the fact, no claims we cannot evidence.
Rather than borrow credibility we have not earned, we would rather be precise about how the work is structured and let the reporting speak for itself.
Ongoing driver risk is delivered through our Managed and Complete fleet programmes, which hold the assessment schedule, the risk records and the reporting for a contracted driver population across the programme year.
