Assessments are delivered at your sites. Multi-region fleets are coordinated through a single account contact.
Three steps, no obligation
Our enquiry process is short by design. You should know whether we are the right fit, and roughly what the work costs, before anyone asks you for a purchase order.
- 01
A 45-minute consultation
We ask about fleet size, vehicle types, journey profile, claims history and what your insurer or auditor is currently asking of you. No presentation, no pitch deck.
Within one working day of your enquiry
- 02
A written, costed scope
You receive a proposal setting out which drivers to assess first and why, the cost per driver, the reporting format and a delivery schedule that fits around operations.
Two to three working days later
- 03
Scheduling and delivery
Once approved, your account contact books drivers directly with depot managers. Reports are issued within five working days of each assessment.
Typically starting within two weeks
Questions fleet managers ask before they commit

Ask a question →Each Fleet Driver Risk Assessment is 90 minutes on-road, plus roughly 20 minutes for the licence and eyesight check, walkaround observation and end-of-drive debrief. Allow around two hours of the driver’s day in total. We do not shorten it, and that is deliberate: a 30-minute drive reveals how someone performs while being observed, not how they habitually drive.
Every driver receives a written report covering 14 scored competency categories, an overall Low, Medium or High risk classification, narrative commentary from the assessor, specific recommended actions and a suggested re-assessment interval. Alongside the individual reports, managers receive a fleet summary showing the risk distribution across the cohort and the dominant themes. Reports are delivered digitally within five working days.
Yes, and it is our default. The assessor travels to the driver’s normal base, uses the driver’s own work vehicle and builds a route from the roads that driver covers day to day. It removes travel time for your team and produces a far more realistic assessment than a neutral vehicle on unfamiliar roads.
Yes. We deliver across eight UK regions: London and the South East, South West and Wales, the Midlands, the East of England, the North West, Yorkshire and the North East, Scotland, and Northern Ireland. Multi-site fleets are delivered to a single standard with one point of contact and consolidated reporting, so a driver in Aberdeen is assessed and scored exactly as a driver in Bristol.
Yes. We assess company cars, car-derived vans, panel vans and 3.5 tonne vehicles, plus grey-fleet drivers using their own vehicles for work. Where a driver operates more than one vehicle type we will normally assess in the one they spend most of their working time in, and note the other in the report.
Most clients start with a fleet-wide baseline and then move onto a rolling programme: new starters assessed at induction, Medium and High risk drivers into development and re-scored, and everyone else on an annual or biennial review cycle. You get a named account manager, an agreed schedule, quarterly management information and consolidated invoicing.

A 45-minute consultation gives you a clear view of where your fleet risk is concentrated, what it is likely costing you, and a costed plan to reduce it. No obligation.
