3. The Fleet Risk Review tool

The Fleet Risk Review is a free self-assessment tool. It reflects the answers you give and nothing else. It does not assess legal compliance, does not produce a pass or fail result, and does not tell you whether your organisation is meeting any particular legal duty. It is not a substitute for a risk assessment carried out by a competent person.

You agree not to misuse this website. In particular, you must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, introduce malicious code, scrape it at a volume that affects its availability, or use the enquiry forms to send unsolicited commercial messages.
