Cookie Policy
We use as few cookies as we can. Nothing non-essential is set until you tell us it can be.

1. Who sets these cookies
This website is operated by FORESIGHT FLEET SOLUTIONS LTD, trading as Foresight Fleet Solutions. FORESIGHT FLEET SOLUTIONS LTD is a company registered in England and Wales. Company number 17454388.
Registered office: Suite Ra01, 195 - 197 Wood Street, London, England, E17 3NU.
Any question about the cookies described below can be sent to info@foresightfleetsolutions.com or raised by telephone on 0330 122 2926.
2. What cookies we use
A cookie is a small text file stored on your device by a website. We keep our use of them to a minimum.
- Essential cookies and storage — needed for the site to function, to remember your cookie choice, and briefly to confirm a completed enquiry so your confirmation page works. These are always set, and cannot be turned off through the banner.
- Analytics and advertising cookies — set only if you accept them. We use the Google tag to measure which of our Google advertisements lead to an enquiry, which means Google may set cookies on your device and receive information about your visit.
- Campaign information — if you accept analytics cookies, any advertising or campaign details in the link you arrived through are kept in your browser for the rest of your visit, so that an enquiry you send can be matched to the source it came from. This is cleared when you close the tab.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use cookies to build profiles of you for any purpose other than measuring and improving our own advertising.
3. Your choice
When you first visit, a banner asks whether you accept analytics cookies. Nothing non-essential is set until you choose. Your choice is stored in a first-party cookie called ffs-consent, which lasts for one year.
You can change your choice at any time. The "Cookie settings" link in the footer of every page clears your stored answer and brings the banner back, so you can answer again without leaving the page you are on.
If you had accepted and then withdraw, we stop sending anything to Google, we tell the advertising tag already running in your browser to stop using storage on your device, and the campaign detail kept for your visit is discarded. A tag that has already loaded cannot be unloaded until you reload the page, but it is instructed not to store or use anything further.
4. Managing cookies in your browser
All major browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings. Blocking essential cookies may stop parts of this website working correctly.
Your browser may also offer a "Do Not Track" or global privacy control signal. Where we detect no consent, non-essential storage stays off regardless.
5. Location suggestions
The location suggestions on our enquiry forms set no cookies and store nothing on your device. The lookup is made by our own server, not by your browser, so no third party receives any information about your visit and nothing here depends on your cookie choice.
6. Advertising measurement
We use the Google tag (gtag.js), provided by Google, for Google Ads conversion measurement and remarketing. It tells us which advertisements and search terms lead to an enquiry so that we do not waste our advertising budget, and it may be used to show you our advertisements again elsewhere.
It loads only after you have accepted analytics cookies. Until then no request is made to Google and no advertising cookie is set — we do not load analytics or tag-management scripts before consent. If you choose essential cookies only, the tag is never loaded at all.
Google acts as our processor for this measurement and as a controller in its own right for some of the data it collects. Its own privacy information is published at policies.google.com/privacy, and you can control the advertising you see at myadcenter.google.com.
