Eco-driving and safe driving are the same technique described two different ways. Anticipation removes harsh braking. Early planning removes harsh acceleration. Correct speed selection removes both. Sessions are measured: we take a baseline over a fixed route, coach, then re-run the route so the saving is evidenced rather than asserted, which serves the fuel budget and environmental reporting equally.
