The Manage layer is delivered as an annual programme rather than a bookable session: driver risk records, classifications, scheduling, quarterly management summaries and a single point of account coordination, with defined assessment allowances included. Develop
Coaching that acts on what the assessments found, so a Medium or High classification is not where the record ends.

How findings are classified
Each assessed driver receives an overall classification in their written report. These bands describe how findings are categorised and do not represent industry averages.
Appropriate overall standard with limited development areas.
Development areas identified that may warrant further intervention.
More significant concerns identified requiring management attention and/or targeted development.

Pricing
The entry point is the Fleet Driver Baseline Assessment Day at £595 + VAT, covering up to 3 drivers at one operating site. Annual Managed and Complete fleet programmes are priced per contracted driver per year. Full published pricing is on the pricing page.
