Published pricing for managed driver risk
The route in is a Baseline Assessment Day; ongoing driver-risk management runs as an annual programme. Every figure on this page excludes VAT, and anything outside standard published pricing is confirmed in writing before work begins.
Fleet Driver Baseline Assessment Day
A single day at one of your sites that produces real evidence about your drivers — and a credit against a programme if you decide to go further.
Recommended starting point
Fleet Driver Baseline Assessment Day
£595+ VATUp to 3 drivers at one operating site
The day reserves assessment capacity rather than buying a per-driver rate: the fee is £595 + VAT whether one, two or three drivers ultimately attend.
Where a fleet programme starts within 90 days, £169 + VAT per qualifying assessed driver is credited against programme implementation — up to £507 + VAT on a standard 3-driver day.
- Reserved assessment capacity for up to 3 drivers
- One operating site
- Approximately 90 minutes on-road per driver
- Assessment in each driver’s normal work vehicle
- Individual written assessment reports
- Low / Medium / High occupational driver-risk classification
- Recommended management actions
- Management and programme summary
- Standard travel within our normal service area
Managed and Complete
Annual programmes are priced per contracted driver per programme year, with a minimum annual programme fee so smaller fleets are still viable to run properly. Baseline implementation is charged separately.

Baseline implementation
Establishing the initial driver-risk baseline is charged at £169 + VAT per existing contracted driver, separately from the annual programme fee. Standard published pricing applies to straightforward fleets of 10–50 contracted drivers, and programmes start at 10 drivers. Below that, organisations are usually best served by a Baseline Assessment Day and individual assessments as they are needed.
If you have already had a Baseline Day
Where a programme starts within 90 days of a Baseline Assessment Day, £169 + VAT per qualifying assessed driver is credited against implementation — up to £507 + VAT on a standard 3-driver day.
What each programme includes
The difference between the two tiers is whether Foresight also delivers the development side of the programme, not the quality of the assessment or the reporting.

Subsequent programme years are the annual fee of £2,400 + VAT, with no further implementation charge unless the scope of the fleet changes materially.

Illustrative only
These examples show how the published rates combine for a straightforward 20-driver fleet. They are not a quotation. Your own figures depend on contracted headcount, operating locations and delivery requirements, and are confirmed in writing before any programme begins.
Annual in advance, or twelve instalments
Both options cover the same 12-month programme. Instalments spread the cost of that commitment rather than replacing it with a monthly contract.
Option 1
Annual payment in advance
The annual programme fee is invoiced once at the start of the programme year at the published rate, with no payment-plan premium applied.
Option 2
Twelve monthly instalments (5% payment-plan premium)
The annual programme fee is increased by 5% and divided into 12 instalments, inside the same binding 12-month programme commitment. This is a payment plan for an annual programme, not a monthly contract.
- Managed minimum programme
- £131.25 + VAT × 12
- Complete minimum programme
- £262.50 + VAT × 12
- Managed, 20 drivers
- £210 + VAT × 12
- Complete, 20 drivers
- £420 + VAT × 12
Billing and programme term
- For standard 10–50 driver programme implementations, 50% + VAT is due on signing and 50% + VAT on completion of baseline implementation.
- For 51+ driver or complex deployments, milestone billing is set out in the bespoke proposal.
- The Programme Start Date is the date baseline implementation is completed. Where baseline implementation is not required, it is the mutually agreed service commencement date. The 12-month programme runs from that date.
- Managed and Complete are 12-month programmes. Choosing monthly instalments spreads the cost of that commitment; it does not create a monthly subscription or a rolling contract.
- Standard invoices carry 14-day payment terms unless otherwise agreed.

Travel
Standard travel within our normal service area is included. Requirements outside our normal service area may be quoted separately.
Scheduling
Appointments are scheduled according to location, operational requirements and assessor and trainer availability, with higher-risk and post-incident requirements prioritised where practicable.
How included allowances work
Programme prices include a defined volume of assessment and, on Complete, development activity. These are the rules that govern them.
Percentage-based allowances are calculated on contracted headcount and round down to the nearest whole driver — 20% of a 17-driver fleet is 3 drivers.
Each allowance is a separate pool. Using a new-starter allowance does not reduce the post-incident, development or reassessment allowance.
Allowances reset at the start of each new 12-month programme year. Unused allowances are not converted to cash, refunded, moved into another allowance category or normally carried into the following programme year.
Where an included service was requested in reasonable time but could not be delivered before programme expiry because of Foresight availability, we may honour it shortly afterwards.
Allowances belong to the contracted fleet and may be concentrated on particular contracted drivers where professionally appropriate. They cannot be used for individuals outside the contracted fleet.
An allowance is an entitlement to an included service rather than a guarantee of immediate or on-demand attendance.
Beyond an included allowance
If a programme needs more activity than its allowances cover, the additional work is charged at programme excess rates rather than the standalone public price.
| Beyond an included allowance | Batched | Standalone |
|---|---|---|
| Excess assessment — new starter, post-incident or reassessment | £149 + VAT | £199 + VAT |
| Excess Targeted Driver Development (approximately 90 minutes) | £179 + VAT | £229 + VAT |
Batched rates apply where the requirement is scheduled alongside other programme activity at the same operating site. Standalone rates apply to a dedicated visit.
51+ drivers? Let’s build your fleet programme
Standard published pricing covers straightforward fleets of 10–50 contracted drivers. Beyond that, the programme is designed around your operation and set out in a written proposal — the same assessment framework and the same reporting, scaled to 100, 250 or 500+ drivers.
When a bespoke proposal applies at any fleet size
Standard published pricing assumes a reasonably straightforward fleet. Some operations are genuinely more complex to deliver, and we would rather price that honestly than quote a figure we cannot deliver against. A bespoke proposal is not a penalty — it is how a programme gets built around geographically dispersed drivers, a large number of operating sites, significant travel requirements, shift or night-work patterns, accelerated deployment timescales, or specialist vehicle types.
VAT
All prices exclude VAT. Our VAT registration is in progress with HMRC; VAT will be added to invoices only once that registration takes effect.
Scope
Driver assessment and development can form part of a wider approach to managing occupational road risk, alongside vehicle maintenance, journey planning, policy, licence checking and incident review.
